Young Hearts Run Free

To most creatures a fenced in yard would probably be considered captivity. But to my little city dog, a fence means a chance to run free!

The next chapter in the backyard makeover was completed yesterday, and this picture says it all!

Sullivan and I are both jumping for joy! No more freezing cold late night treks outside for Sullivan to take a potty break, no sir, just open the back door and off she goes!

All the black buckets are the ground are plants waiting to be planted...more to come on that soon!

Last night when I got home I let her out and was able to go sit in my pink chairs and talk on the phone while she ran around and explored.

We had a little mother daughter heart to heart in which we both agreed that she would not dig holes in the ground, tear up my plants, get really dirty, or turn into one of those stinky outdoor dogs, and every time we come in from playing outside we have to wipe off our feet. So far so good.
